Holly Duran is one of the most influential women in tenant representation in the United States.  Her tenacious negotiating skills have been praised by satisfied clients and creative colleagues around the world.  As owner and managing broker of HDREP, she is widely recognized for her expertise in representing financial services firms and has spearhead lease negotiations for more than 15 million square feet of space, consistently achieving highly aggressive terms and great flexibility.  She has received numerous prestigious recognitions, including the Greater Chicago Food Depository's "Tenant Representative of the Year" award.

Serving since 1980 as the exclusive global real estate advisor to the CME Group and its shareholders, she has negotiated leases for more then 2 million square feet on behalf of the CME and continues to coordinate all of their real estate functions.

Holly is a dedicated advocate for Children's Memorial Hospital and is an active board member of the Children's Memorial Foundation; a sustaining member of the Children's Service Board; a member of the Children's Service Board's Executive Committee; Children's Memorial Hospital's Corporate Campaign Committee; and also the Quality Management and Professional Services Committee.
