Jeff Mulder is HDREP's financial specialist.  He has an extensive background in real estate finance, valuation, investment, acquisitions and dispositions, and property tax.  He uses his market and financial expertise to assist clients in devising and structuring real estate solutions that support their business objectives.

 

Jeff also consults on clients' national and international real estate portfolios of both owned and leased properties. He has successfully completed transactions for clients including Swiss Reinsurance, GE Capital, Leviton manufacturing, Trustwave Holdings, Expedia.com, Cambridge Realty, Illinois FAIR Plan Association, ABN AMRO, and many others. In addition to his tenant representation specialty, Jeff also represents landlords and completes development transactions.

 

Jeff is an honors graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.  He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP), and is an Illinois licensed broker.
