A specialist in tenant representation and lease portfolio management on a national basis, Lois Durkin-Darlington also oversees the real estate holdings of approximately 80 percent of CME Group members in and around the Chicago Board of Trade Building. She is known for her in-depth, strategic client services and proven track record in completing projects on time and on budget.
Lois has also represented the real estate interests of several national and international organizations, including the day-to-day real estate holdings of MF Global Inc. (formerly Refco Group, LLC), the world’s largest commodity clearing firm. She recently completed over 100,000 square feet of relocations from the CME Center to the Chicago Board of Trade Building on behalf of over twenty (20) member firms. Other real estate brokerage and advisory clients include Rosenthal Collins Group, Optiver US LLC, Peregrine Financial Services and Imagetec L.P.
Lois Durkin’s charitable work includes an active membership on the Children’s Service Board of Children’s Memorial Hospital.
