Margie Kilgore

With over 20 years of experience in administration, Margie is the engine that drives HDREP’s operation.  Not only does she function as Holly Duran's Executive Assistant, but she is project coordinator to HDREP’s clients and oversees all aspects of office matters including administration, marketing, IT, and HR.  She thrives at multi-tasking and enjoys the challenge of performing different roles to ensure that clients are served efficiently and accurately.

 

For nearly a decade, she worked at OWP/P, an architectural and engineering firm based in Chicago where she initially was a Project Administrator and learned the dynamics of the Corporate/Commercial, Education, and Healthcare markets.  She later became Executive Assistant to the firm's leadership team before becoming the firm's Administrative Services Manager and HR Generalist.  Margie was also an Associate of the firm, and for many years was an active mentor in their Mentor/Protégé program.


Margie has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.  For seven years, she and her best friend founded and managed The Giving Tree Theatre Company, a non-profit children's touring theatre company where she was the set director, costume designer, and Board of Directors member.

Margie's charitable work includes an active membership on the Children’s Service Board of Children’s Memorial Hospital.
