Nelson Francis is both a tenant representative and the team's Chicago Market Specialist.  He maintains a thorough up-to-date knowledge of space availability in the Chicago Metropolitan Area.  He specializes in the preliminary identification of alternatives for clients seeking lease office and industrial space in the Chicagoland area.  Dedicated to ensuring that HDREP clients are exposed to every potential alternative in the marketplace, Nelson works closely with all members of HDREP to create client presentations.  Nelson is experienced in transactions including Toji Trading Group, LLC; Development Solutions, Inc; Easy Forex US, Ltd; Red Chalk Group; and Jaypee International Inc.

 

Nelson is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a graduate of DePaul University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate with an emphasis in Finance.  He is currently an active member of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Association, the Chicago Real Estate Organization (“CREO”), and the Young Office Brokers Association (“YOBA”).  Nelson is an Illinois licensed broker.
