History
Founded in 1978 as the Levy Organization Real Estate Services, we became HDREP in 2004. Initially our clients were financial institutions and related firms, data center users, and entertainment vendors. Today we operate as an "outsourced real estate department" for some of the most successful business in a wide range of industries.
To date, HDREP has negotiated over 15 million square feet of transactions on over 65 cities, 36 states, and nine countries.HDREP is a WBE Certified Company in the City of Chicago and State of Illinois.
