TBA Global, LLC

Assignment 1:

Portfolio Evaluation & Lease Administration - In 2005, several of Holly Duran Real Estate Partners LLC ("HDREP") clients from Ticketmaster and a group of other investors purchased TBA Global Events LLC ("TBA") to form what is now one of the largest privately held companies in experiential marketing, business communications, event marketing, destination management and entertainment. With TBA's acquisition of PGI in July 2005, it is ranked second, based on the annual industry survey by the "Special Events Magazine" of the top 50 companies. Headquartered in Los Angeles, TBA maintains offices in all major markets around North America. TBA retained HDREP to serve as its exclusive real estate advisor to evaluate its newly combined lease portfolio of over 40 international offices. This assignment not only included the relocation and consolidation of duplicate TBA and PGI sales offices, but also included relocation of offices and expansion into numerous new markets.

Result: After extensive evaluation of TBA's entire combined lease portfolio, HDREP, along with TBA,
streamlined their portfolio to 18 offices.

Assignment 2:

Site Selection & Brokerage- Since acquiring PGI in 2005, TBA has not only consolidated its lease portfolio but also significantly expanded its business including expanding into new markets. HDREP provides TBA with in depth site selection and brokerage services which allows TBA to make the most educated and advantageous real estate decisions possible while still achieving aggressive deals.

Result: Since its retention, HDREP has performed site selection and brokerage services for TBA in over 15 major markets.

Assignment 3:

Outsourced Real Estate Department- HDREP currently serves as TBA's outsourced real estate department.

Result: HDREP works closely with TBA's facilities, finance and legal departments to insure all transactions are structured in accordance with TBA's standards. HDREP also maintains a proprietary lease database of TBA's leased assets. HDREP assists TBA in administering the lease terms for all 18 locations throughout the USA and Canada.
